Old Town Coppell is the City of Coppell’s historical district which is the original settlement of the late 19th century. Revitalization to the community and new development required a brand identity to help attract new businesses, residents and visitors. I worked closely with the City to create a logo, advertising and printed material. The logo was inspired by ornate wrought iron gates of the period. Gates symbolize new beginnings, security and opportunity which fit perfect for this project. I also included elements from the wayfinding signage and the City’s logo.
